Fair Lending & Equal Opportunity
Effective Date: 01/20/20
Last Updated: 09/21/26
Golden Rule Investments is committed to conducting its business fairly and providing individuals and businesses with access to financing opportunities without unlawful discrimination.
Golden Rule does not make financing decisions based on prohibited discriminatory factors. Financing opportunities are evaluated and presented based on legitimate transaction-related factors, including applicable lender requirements, property characteristics, loan purpose, financial information, credit characteristics where applicable, experience, liquidity, transaction structure, and other underwriting criteria established by the applicable lender.
Because Golden Rule works with independent third-party lenders, each lender may have its own eligibility, underwriting, pricing, and documentation requirements.
Golden Rule does not guarantee that every applicant or transaction will qualify for financing.
A lender's decision regarding approval, denial, pricing, leverage, loan structure, or other terms is made according to that lender's applicable requirements.
Applicable federal and state fair-lending laws may prohibit discrimination in credit transactions. The Equal Credit Opportunity Act and Regulation B address discrimination in aspects of credit transactions, including consumer and business credit.
Golden Rule is committed to maintaining a professional environment in which prospective borrowers and clients are treated consistently and respectfully.
